Please explain to me why no one is here. It was a field, and why they're all out, and the whole system is all out of stock.
The whole system is out of order, temporarily out of order, and also different things too. Get the stuff back online, and the people need to watch to see.

Having issues with checking out
I was able to get the things in my cards and get to check out and when I was putting my information in it wouldnt except my address and I didnt get my product so very upset. Theres a glitch in the system.
I had a pack of six in my cart and got to check out to pay and wasnt able to get my items. I feel like theres something wrong with it or theres a fight that stops you from getting your stuff so its really not fair I was on there waited for however, long stayed in line and got my box but still wasnt able to check out

I had emailed popmart that my order was done by my daughter when she used my phone on 06/12 and I got email confirmation that my order was cancelled. They still proceeded to ship part of my order despite receiving email confirmation my order was cancelled!
Im very angry with this company! I am very disappointed with this company!

Verified ReviewerResolved: Missing packages with zero customer service replies
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. after my third atttempt at the live chat waiting for hours i was able to get someone to help me.
they then offered me a $3 coupon to which i asked them to add a zero and they did. i would say be persistent and dont wait for a reply because u can be waiting a long time.
I would like all 4 cases of macarons replaced, including the secret that was in there. The only macaron order that was delivered was order number: xxxx.
It has now been 26 days since ordered and 15 days since they have been stolen from Gofo distribution center. I would like a response since it has been now well over 72 hours since we emailed you about this situation.
I am looking for the exact replacements and to use a different shipper since we obviously don’t trust Gofo.
Also, your chat option on your website is a joke since it takes hours for a human to respond and then they can’t even help other than to say to email you, which we have with zero response.

User's recommendation: beware if your items are taking too long to be delivered from distribution center. seems like they like to steal your packages and then you have to spend DAYS trying to get someone to respond to u via chat or email. so far none has happened so we are seeking this way to see if we can get a resolution to our 4 cases of labubu macarons missing at THEIR distribution center in orlando

My daughter ordered something for her sister for her birthday, but unfortunately, it got delivered literally a few hours after we had to turn in our mailbox key because we moved. The apartments said they weren't allowed to open the mailbox for us.
We followed the procedures at the post office, and the package was shipped back to sender, but Pop Mart isn't replying to my daughter's email, nor mine, about a refund or having the package shipped back to our new address.
SMH. Taking money from a minor when all she was trying to do was buy her little sister a birthday gift, and then they don't reply or give a refund, even though they received the package back and proof of it with a tracking receipt from the post office showing it was already sent back.

Yes, I can't change a street name on my order, even though it has not shipped and it won't ship for another two weeks. I put the wrong street name by mistake, and I just need it changed to the right street name on my address.
They said it can't be done!
Which sucks because I won't get three orders. Money wasted, even though the company should be able to make the switch since it has not shipped.
Preferred solution: The resolution would be to correct my street address name… This should not be a big deal since the packages won’t ship until weeks from now. So they are still being made.. they are not even in a package yet!

My order consists of ququ and duoduo from the Have a Seat series. It was out for delivery, and what I received was totally different.
I received a cola blind box Labubu. And the box has double tape, so I think it’s resealed, and two Have a Seats wouldn’t even fit in the box I received. So I'm wondering if it’s resealed or there was a mistake at the sorting facility. I just want my original order of duoduo and ququ.
I spent a lot of money hunting for that secret. There is also noticeable superglue at the bottom, so I think the cola blind box is swapped out for a fake one too.

There is so many bots on there app real people can them u have to scroll quick and click fast and that flags ur account the people with the bots buy the max and resell them for up to $200 and someone like me trying g to buy 1 fo my daughters birthday cant get one and u flag my account that isnt right and I cant get ahold of customer service I sent emails went into the chat and tried to call with no luck I will be posting this on Reddit and social media letting them know u r flagging real people so bots can buy them to drive up the demand of ur product

Returns shipped back from an online order take two weeks minimum to be accepted, processed, returned to stock and money refunded. Has it been two weeks since shipped from post office?
It is irrelevant that this was your daughter ordering an item for a gift.
If you were moving, she should not have ordered. Stop acting like you were slighted in a situation you allowed with your personal circumstances weighing on the issue (moving).
